This Company sales very cheap and faulty product. I purchased what was suppose to be a new barber chair, but when I received it I found that it was used. It smelled horrible and the screws were stripped, so I couldn't even put it together. It was the worst purchase ever made. Do not purchase with this company. On top of the horrible product they refused me a return.Even after repeated attempts to return. If I were allowed l'd give these scam artist 0 stars for a review.

Ordered and received this chair in the time frame. Love the color. Decided to put it together because i go back to work tomorrow. It was a breeze until I got to the part to put my foot pump. The bolt was stripped and these pictures are the results of what happened. Half of the bolt came out and the other part is stuck!!! Unfortunately I cannot use this chair because 1 of the most important factors to make this chair perfectly ergonomically friendly for myself as well as my clients is not of use. Now I am out of more money than I spent for the chair. Now what am I supposed to do? Use the chair without being able to pump it up or down??? I may as well brought a used chair if I wanted that option. This sucks because now I have my old chair that doesn't work and this new one doesn't either.

This chair was assembled correctly, per instructions included in packet. It does not turn easily, makes popping noises when sat in, and is incredibly hard to pump. I feel as if I would have gotten a better quality chair elsewhere. I'm a salon owner and I've bought/assembled many salon chairs over time. However, I'm perplexed as to what makes this chair so difficult.

Buyer beware! These chairs are advertised as heavy duty but they are not. I ordered 9 for my salon and when I received them one of the chairs hydraulics was leaking and two of them would not hold and one of the chair backs had a rip. Within a few days of building the chairs several of the chairs hydraulics started making farting sounds and one of the chairs started to go wabbly when it is turned. But this is not the worst of it when I contacted the third party vender I was put off several times being told that they would send replacement parts that never came until the chairs were finally out of warranty and now they won't do anything saying they are out of warranty. I have approached Amazon for help and they say it is up to the third party vender Factory Direct Wholesales (Best Massage Store). This whole process has been time consuming and costly. I don't recommend purchasing any salon equipment from Amazon or Factory Direct Wholesales (Best Massage Store). After checking Better Business Bureau Factory Direct Wholesales has several bad reviews. I am surprised that Amazon continues to work with this company.

Cheap...so you get what you pay for. These are adequate, but if you plan to use them a lot, go for something of higher quality. I have purchased 7 of them and they mostly all work. One was too stiff to turn around...and one the foot pedal gets stuck down often...the other 5 are fine but cheap.

There is a defect in the chair with two of the screws. My friend and I had to go to Home Depot to see if we could find matching screwsthat worked. We were unable to find two that matched. There are about 8 screws needed for underneath the seat only was 6 were good. So on each side where there should have been 4 on Left and 4 on the Right. The two defective screws are on the same side. 4 on the left and 2 on the right.

Horrible, , chair is not that comfortable or sturdy and the arm broke after a short period of time. the chair is barely used and now can’t be used at all since I’m assuming they do not have replacement parts.I contacted the seller to try and purchase a new one, their response was “ Your item holds a 90 day warranty, Unfortunately this item is currently out of warranty. Unfortunately we do not offer replacement parts.Thank you,Breanna ”I asked again if there was any way to get parts or would I have to order a new chair,She replies “ At this time this item is currently out of warranty, We apologize for any inconvenience.Thank you,Breanna “How does that answer any of my questions? I never asked about a warranty, I don’t return things, So last thing I was paying attention to was a warranty. I don’t often leave negative reviews but this was just unacceptable!

I purchased this chair for home use and it is perfect. I didn't encounter any smell like some other reviews said, and I found it really easy to assemble. It's honestly perfect for what I need it for, but I probably wouldn't buy them for my salon. One thing I did notice is that the pedal will snap back up get stuck in the lock position if you don't let it go slowly,so if it becomes hard to turn just gently tap the pedal down. It has a slightly rough sound when you're letting the chair down as well, so it may need to be oiled...or just broken in? We'll see. I love it though for the price...I'm really happy with it!
