I ordered this pillow because I'm a side sleeper, and have slept with a regular pillow between my knees for years. However, the pillow I was using was starting to get hot at night, so I decided to give this pillow a try. First off, it's very comfortable and it hasn't felt hot once. I'm a very hot sleeper, so I was thrilled this pillow didn't add to the heat. However, the most pleasantly surprising thing is that it has helped my plantar fasciitis! Most mornings when I wake up, my feet are so sore that it really hurts to stand. I've used this pillow for about a week, and my feet haven't hurt at all in the mornings. I highly recommend this pillow!

Only had this for a few weeks, but I am a bit concerned about how well the middle will hold up to keep my legs apart. When waking up in the morning, it seems pretty "squished." The "cooling" it advertises is cool when first used and falling asleep, in the middle of the night this "cooling" doesn't exist (atleast for me). That being said, in using it a few weeks, I wake up with less tightness in my back.

For me, the most important points are the comfort and size of the pillow. This pillow is smaller than I normally use but now I really like it. It is far easier to turn over - i am a side sleeper. And it is not too tall so my leg doesn't feel like it is sticking up in the air. I never had any real problem with my knee pillows being to hot, but this one does stay cool thru the night. I think it is a great value.

This product is ok. It starts out cool but it's temperature quickly changes to match mine...

Indeed, this does feel cool and I wasn't holding out much hope that it would. Very well made and supportive. More supportive than just a regular pillow and not as bulky. But does take a bit of time to adjust to as it isn't as soft as a normal pillow. It makes sense that if you're sleeping on your side and your knees are touching then your hips and back are out of kilter. This pillow helps to keep everything in alignment. Alignment is good!

It is helping a little but, for me it's a little to thin in the dip.

I am a side sleeper and had been looking for a perfect Knee pillow for a long time. The knee pillow provides utmost comfort, aligns perfectly between legs and is worth the bucks. Serves purpose as promised, highly satisfied with the purchase.

The pillow is fine, but when I washed the only pillow case I had received with the pillow and dried it in the dryer, it did not fit the pillow anymore. The problem is that the case was a very tight fit to begin with and after washing it didn't fit. I believe the seller should recommend line drying and provided two pillow cases instead of one just in case!
