Simple, efficient and well designed
Easy to install, very quiet looks great. This fan is not cheap but so far you get what you pay for and this one is well worth it.

Nice but expensive
Minka air makes a good product but they are expensive. I bought a different 3 blade fan for my basement that was 1/2 the price. Will be interesting to see how that one stacks up against this minka. It is quiet and moves a lot of air though.

Will part your hair on high
I’ve purchased 2 of these- one 9 years ago for my home in Charleston SC and one 5 years ago for my Florida condo. I can honestly say it’s the best ceiling fan I’ve ever owned. This baby MOVES air unlike any other fan I’ve ever owned . Getting ready to buy a 3rd for the lake house. Yea it’s pricey but well worth it. In order to function at its highest level ensure you check your amperage- in the condo power amperage per unit is limited hence this fan doesn’t work like the one at the house but it’s still an awesome fan!

Terrible air flow - slow speed
Looks nice and modern but it does not go very fast and gives off very little airflow. Not worth the money unless you just want the look.

The blades are NOT made from wood
None of the information on Amazon indicates the blades are plastic. Very misleading. There is a big difference between the look of wood and fake plastic. Very disappointed in Minka not being clear about this.

Meh
For the price I was expecting more... More speed, more air flow, less wobble. The look is great, but I’ve had fans for a 1/4 of the price that moved more air. I am also able to dial cheap Fans in and balance them out to run super smooth. These claim to be pre-balanced and don’t need further balancing at install. It’s a good thing in a way that it doesn’t have higher rpm’s... the wobble would be unbearable. Since I feel that high speed is actually a medium speed the wobble is livable but airflow sucks. Not worth the hassle of return. If this was a $200-300 fan I would rate it higher for value at price point.
