Very Easy To Use
I have now a smartwatch with heart rate sensor and blood pressure sensor, but I was never sure, if they are accurate, hence I wanted to have something really reliable to double-check the values. It was easy to set up and the batteries have been included as well. Measurement is simple just with one button. Instructions are detailed, easy to understand and make sense. There are a lot of instructions on when and how to read to get exact readings. BTW: I've also compared the readings to the professional Higi health station in our local supermarket and the values are very close, which makes me believe that it's accurate. Love that it easy to read with the bar on the left side and color, which indicates green as normal and that it also checks heartbeat irregularities.

Lightweight. Great for arms too small for regular arm BP machine.
The product is easy to use, compact, and easy to clean. I am a home health RN and have found it useful for certain kinds of patients. I own the hylogy BP cuff as well and use that for majority of my patients, but I will bring this cuff in case I run into a patient who is too skinny for the hylogy. It is perfect for my small armed patients. This BP cuff will give you higher than average readings as compared to a regular BP machine, but is ok for comparing readings on a day to day basis. It will not work well on swollen wrists or certain people who are too overweight where the wrist is too big. This is why I had to get the hylogy to allow myself more flexibility with different body types. This machine has been reliable so far, but I don’t use it near as often as my other BP machine so I haven’t abused it as much. I like how lightweight it is and that I don’t need to carry around the clunky hylogy with me for my skinny patients.

It isn't heavy
I bought this to replace one that was getting a bit long in the tooth. This one has a larger font. "Much easier for us old folks to read" It also has a neat little feature. If you Sc$%# it up, the screen's background will turn a vivid shade of red. It virtually screams at you, "You f%$^&% up" Start over." It also has a voice feature, but I silenced that first off. I have enough real voices giving me instructions these days. At least, I'm pretty sure they're real. (Stop it Lucy! I told you they can't hear you.) So, in a nutshell; I would say this was a good purchase. Ciao, Denise

So far it is a piece of junk.
I have got two one for the wife an one for me. Just tried to set one up and the screen will not stay onto be able to set up. On the wrist the piece of crap keeps cycling up several times before it takes a reading. The reading takes forever to finally show. When I did it read high. Tried it twice and the same thing. Went back to my older tried and true Reli On model and got a correct BP and the Reli On has been checked against the doctors office. Gong to let the wife set up the 2nd one or try before I declare these a total piece of crap. I am adding to this review because two more people have tried to make the 2nd one work. I will return both of the lousy things.

Unintuitive To Use, But Works Well
It would be nice if the buttons were better labelled, or if the user interface were more friendly. You can't turn it on without already knowing how it works, because the buttons do their job immediately when waking the device up, and it's not clear what they do. If you turn it on with the S, it lets you pick a user. But you can't tell which user it is set to without turning it on first. Unintuitively, if you use the power button, it doesn't just turn on, it begins taking a reading with the user that was previously selected. If you use M, you see an average of your last several readings, and it's hard to get individual readings to show. All the buttons do different things when selected before or after turning it on. But if you go to the trouble of learning the oddities of the UI, it does the job well and is easy to read. The whole screen changes color to indicate what it thinks are good or warning or danger readings. I imagine if you have hypertension and always see warning or danger levels, it will probably seem like it's always being judgmental.

A great comfort to have available.
We've had a few wrist BP readers. They don't last forever. This one is great for the price. Easy to use. As accurate as one can expect. When we used it at the doctors, it matched what they use. So what else is there to say. I like it. I recommend it. And I won't go without one.

Accurate, easy to use
This wrist automatic blood pressure monitor is fabulous. I had high blood pressure readings every time I went to the doctor, but I really felt that it was purely an effect of going to the doctor. So my doctor asked me to get a blood pressure monitor, bring it to the office to confirm that it read the same as the nurse. I found this one with a great price, and took it to my doctor's office. It read precisely the same as the nurse's blood pressure reading. The instructions are easy to follow and setup only took a minute or two
