Q: Will the suction cups work on a tiled shower wall?

Hi -- Any of the large (or small!) suction cups will only work on a glassy-smooth surface. If you have very smooth tiles about 2.5" square or larger, it will work; but if they are smaller or have a slight texture, I'm afraid you'll have to look for one that attaches to your shower head somehow. Alternative is one that hangs from your shower rod or sets on one of the surrounding shelves. Hope this helps! :-)

Q: Will this holder work for a double edged safety razor?

It held for about a month and now it won't stay up. It fall after a couple of hours.

Q: Would electric toothbrush heads work with this? Not the whole body of the brush just an extra brush head?

A toothbrush head is too small to fit the holder I purchased. The gap on my holder is about an inch wide. I use it to hold a razor blade. The picture that came with your question looks to have two gaps, and they both look narrower than mine. It looks like you may be looking at a different model than mine, but from the same manufacturer. Good luck.

Yes. Just maybe not the one with the ball.
