This does what it says. I have been using this product as needed for the last few years and it does work! I experience no side effects that are negative and can truly notice its difference. It works so well for PMS and over indulgence relief. If I wake up bloated and struggle to get my rings on, I take 2 with water and an hour later I can get the rings right on!

I felt compelled to write a review about this product because I have had such great results. I have taken these sporadically in the past and I didn’t think that it made much of a difference. Over the past month or so I have made a commitment to taking two of these pills at night before bed and occasionally I will take another one during the day if I know I’m going to be eating and drinking a lot. I’m someone who struggles with really bad bloating and constipation. Ever since being consistent with these pills, I have had a flat stomach and been going to the bathroom regularly. And TMI they have been great ones!

These worked well for me for about 1 1/2 months. I only haven taken 2 a day. Recently every time I’ve taken one I feel sick to my stomach and have onto to the restroom immediately. The rest of the night is spend bloated with stomach pain. I will no longer be taking these.
