Ordered this based on reviews and price. Didn’t want something that would block an air vent. The adjustable arm also meant I could maneuver it for optimum viewing without blocking my view out the window.It came quickly and well packaged. I agree with another reviewer. It takes some muscle to pop it into place! Fortunately, I live with some muscle!The adjustable arm is great. You also need to realize the base has a lock/unlock position. It’s very light and almost invisible on the base (shows you which direction to turn it). My issue is my dash has a texture and I couldn’t get it to stick at all. I tried different locations - nothin! Got mad, thru it in the backseat and stewed for a few minutes. Got over myself, retrieved it from the back seat and tried it on the lower corner of the driver-side window. Perfect! Doesn’t block my view or an air vent. Releases easily. It fits in my arm rest storage, but I can easily leave it on the window.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. The case on my phone has a credit card holder on the back of it. This car mount does not hold the phone with the credit card holder on the back. I'm pretty sure that it will work with a case that does not have a credit card holder attached to it. I will update this once my new cell phone case comes in since I just bought an Otterbox Symmetry case for it.

If you want to throw away a little money this is a great idea. The product does not work. I have tried everything to get it to stick that is not going to happen. It is poorly designed and top heavy.

I had trouble sticking it to place. So I use windex on the dash, a little water to clean the suction cup. Then voila!The telescope arm is very neat looking. Unlike the other ones on the market, very bulky.

I am a rideshare driver, and I rely on a strong phone mount to keep my phones secure on my dashboard. I gorilla taped new plexiglass onto my dashboard so the suction cups had a flat smooth surface to stick to I was lucky if it would stick for up to an hour. I do not normally review products, but since I was so disappointed with these phone mounts I wanted to make sure I vented & shared my disapproval. I have since ordered to new phone mounts which are far superior to these. Don't waste your money on these!

This product does not stick to anything. I tried every surface inside my vehicle that would make sense to place this with no luck...When it finally stuck to the windshield long enough to pull out of the driveway, it fell of at the stop sign at the end of my street. I guess you get what you pay for.

I like the convenience. But the unit's suction, either on the dash directly, or the glass was poor. I accidentally broke the unit's plastic base using not that much force. Dissapointed.

I'm totally saddened that this does not work. I was truly hoping that the suction or sticky bottom would hold however it looks like I'm just going to have to buy adhesive tape in order for this to hold...
