This is a good product for the money. (photo shows structural fail issue) Updated 3 to 5
UPDATE: I decided to update from 3 to 5 because this really is a good product, and the definitely get more bang for the buck with it. That being said, I did have a structural issue which was reviewed and resolves by the sales staff (WAYNEE) who worked with the manufacturer to get me a replacement, and all the while he has been professional and courteous and very correspondent regards to communication. I would absolutely buy again, and I strongly recommend. First, let me just say, this is not meant to be a negative or scathing review. I chose this product after checking many reviews, separating the fakes from the real thing. The negatives were really not compelling enough to prevent me from trying, and buying this product. Also the cost seemed more than fair. That said, there are a lot of things I like about this product. It is easy to use, it pairs well, comfortable, decent sound, and range. The noise cancellation could be better, but when in a fairly quiet environment, the clarity was great from my end to the receiver. So not really a huge problem, as it was manageable. The earbud itself will face left or right to accommodate being worn over either ear. Comes with 3 different sized rubber inserts for your ear. Unlike many over ear types. This one does not make me feel that it is trying to leap off of my ear and onto the ground. In fact, quite the opposite. It has a sturdy feel to it. There is one other little thing which I personally did not find to be annoying, but others might. The audio prompts for "out of range, low battery, connected, disconnected, power on, power off", are all in Mandarin. I considered this minor, and amusing, but again some may not, so just be aware of it. According to the seller, this can be adjusted to English, which I never bothered since I thought it was fine as it was. (I'll post how when I update). Ordered on October 11, 2019, product worked well, and technically continued to function well also. I reported a structural failure to the seller on Fri 12/6/2019 to see if I could get a replacement. They assured me that they would send one, and I must say. Communication between customer and sales is not a problem. They have been quick to respond. They said just ship it to them, and they would ship me a new one after investigating the old one. The earbud insert portion of the device, came free from the battery unit (just normal daily use) as you can see in the photo. The device still functioned but with such an issue it is only a matter of time before total failure. I am hoping it was simply an issue with this one particular unit. It was good while I had it, and used it, prior to said issue. It has been a month now and I am still waiting, but hopefully it will be on its way. I shipped the old one back, so I am out that product and money until the new one makes it to me. I will update in another week. (UPDATE: WAYNEE worked with the manufacturer and got me a replacement for the damaged earbud, which was still completely functional aside from the damage shown in the photo, also noting that the replacement earbud came with English prompts enabled this time). If half of a product is customer service (which it is as far as I am concerned) then This one is a 100% win.

Favorite headset for listening to music.
I don't use this headset for talking on the phone, but I use it at work to listen to music. I need to keep one ear uncovered so I can hear coworkers and vehicles. The batteries in these things really do last more than my full work day. I originally had a couple faulty ones (probably old or from a strange batch) where the the piece with the screw that holds the ear bud separated and was hanging by the wires. I fixed them with super glue, but then the rotating part of the newer one started to come loose on one of them. I was really surprised, since these had been way sturdier than another ear piece I had tried from another company, so I assumed a piece wasn't fitting correctly. I contacted the seller for tips on how to fix it and they were very polite and helped me get a replacement after I mailed them my broken one. I've had no problems with the new one, and the other super-glued one is still going strong. If anything is wrong with yours, I recommend checking in with the seller. They were very calm and understanding when I sent them a message. They are also more than willing to answer questions. I did use it on a call once and the other person said they couldn't hear me. I haven't used it for a call since, but the seller said if someone you are talking to doesn't hear you, your ear piece may be muted, and that you can adjust this by double-clicking the main button on the ear piece. I also asked about the language options. One of my ear pieces came with English as its default language, but the other was in Chinese. I'm lucky in that I knew Chinese numbers and knew the English prompts, so I always knew what it was telling me. The seller suggested that you can change the language, but I never bothered since the Chinese one is the one I ended up returning. The directions for changing the language were: "Before headphones are connected, use the power button. A blue light should flash for three seconds, then turn red, then the blue light flashes alternately. Continuous click the answer phone button twice to switch." I'm not sure if that works or has been changed, but the seller was very understanding and willing to give me assistance. The only word of caution I have is that the size of the part that goes around your ear cannot be adjusted, although it does come with more than one ear bud size. It's technically a little big for me, but I wear them while also wearing glasses, so they make up for the extra space and keep them on my ears. I find them really comfortable.

only worked for 2 days! *updated*
**UPDATED** Item received and worked very well for 2 days for my husband who drives a loud semi. (Although, he did say it wouldn’t stay paired to his phone after use.) After 2 days of use the Bluetooth wouldn’t turn on unless connected to the charger. (The Bluetooth was charged fully before first use so no reason it shouldn’t work.) He researched the problem, charged it and tried everything including new cords and plugs to get it to work with no luck. Then my husband emailed their support as suggested by card that came in box with no response back. Following this review, their support contacted us and offered to send him a replacement. We received it yesterday although, not the same one that was ordered, we haven’t had opportunity to use it yet. I give them 4 stars for their customer service following this review and prompt replacement of the product.

Very low transmitted audio
Paired with an IPhone 7. Callers can barely hear me -- have tried un-pairing and re-pairing, various positioning. Don't know if it has something to do with my ear physical attributes, but just doesn't perform. There is a small hole at the bottom of the ear loop which I presume is for the microphone. The microphone may be poorly positioned because I can speak directly into that hole and be heard fine. Unfortunately I have to take the ear piece off to do that!!! I'm outside of my return window, so guess I'm stuck with a non-functional unit. . . Review Update 12/30/2019 A Support rep followed up with me on my review here, offering to work with me on the issue. He offered a replacement device that included a stem type microphone; not a warranty replacement of the A8 I ordered and received. The replacement arrived -- it was an A12, a less expensive device (according to Amazon pricing) and one that is not as ruggedly constructed. It did solve the mic audio level issue, but I wasn't pleased with it as a resolution to the issue. Given the number of positive reviews on the A8 I wanted to try a replacement A8. The rep informed me if I would send back both the defective A8 and the replacement A12 they would send me a new A8. As this was now a warranty issue, I was not willing to send both devices back and hope I wouldn't have problems. At that point they would have had my money and both devices. I would also possibly incur two shipping charges if the new A8 did not perform as expected. I offered to accept a replacement A8, and if it was satisfactory, I would return both the defective A8 and the replacement A12. If it was not satisfactory, I would return all devices in one shipment and we could investigate other solutions. This was not acceptable to the rep; not within "company policy". However, if I were willing to adjust my review to a positive one before the issue was resolved they might be more flexible. I adamantly refused. Frankly they seemed more concerned about my review than my satisfaction as a customer. At this point the rep apologized profusely and claimed his boss would "punish him" (his words) for not getting this resolved. I don't play guilt trips. I told the rep my issue was with the intransigence of the company, not him, and that we were through here. Several e-mails followed, practically begging me to "reconsider". Shortly I will be returning both devices. They can either refund my purchase (I don't expect this) or they can send me a new A8 that works under warranty). Either way my original review stands, and this update as well. I will not endorse either the product or the company. Update 1/16/2020: The seller has provided a refund.

Lightweight and battey is great!
I usually spend much times a day on the phone, so according to my previous experience, I think I should buy a bigger battery headphones, before it arrived, I think it may be a little heavy on the ear, but was not a bit heavy, completely fit around the earlobe, which USES a hand is easy to connect the I has been in use for a week, very careful to use it, and so far it's just a piece of good news, manufacturing quality is very good, battery life is much more than my last one, button placed well, easy to press while driving The sound at the end is perfect, so the microphone works fine and the speaker is a bit sensitive at maximum volume, but you don't have to use it at maximum volume because the decibels are very high.

This is ok
I have a couple that sit in a charger and that makes for easier charger, not sure why i thought this was like that. I thought this had a case it would charge in that is why I got it. The other ones I have that do charge like that are not wrap around the ear, and I have issues with them not staying and they fall out. So I got this becasue it wraps around the ear. But the charge I have to plug it in, which I wish I could just put in its case to charge, so that was a bummer for me. Also it didn't come wrapped up in plastic which is totally fine by me, less waste that way, but then it was all scuffed up and such too. Which isn't that big a deal, I just feel like it looks as if someone else had it before and it wasn't new. Even the ear piece was questionable and I did not get warehouse deal I got it new, so there should not have been that issue. As for the sound and connection I am not having any issues with that. That all seems to be connecting fine. my thing is just the way it chargers. :(

Not made for small ears
I really wanted to keep this headset. I really did. The sound quality is great and it functions perfectly. My only issue is it doesn’t stay on my ear. The ear hook is way too big for someone with a small earlobe and there’s no way to adjust it for a snug fit. Disappointed
