Great quality, now my chair reclines and easy to install. Should have done these a year ago.

It's 100% plastic with a wire clip. It pops on with no effort and works. But there's no metal insert, etc. so I can't see it standing up to any abuse. But it does work, and for the price it was a good replacement for the one that was missing in my used truck.

My children regardless of how many times I say don't mess with the truck still do. So of course they broke the lever off to control the seat back. They also made sure to have it tilted way back making it difficult to drive until a new lever arrived. This lever works great and is easy to install. Basically just push it on. Amazon has many affordable replacements for my Suburban which has saved the day due to my children. Not only have they broken this, but have also ripped off a door handle and hung like a monkey from the rear window washer arm. Those are different reviews. My children are going to make Amazon richer.
