I don’t love the flavor of the shake, I mix it with a little nut butter and almond milk. But the supplements and program always make me feel good! I’ve done it multiple times. The more I stick to it the more effective it is, but even when I’m more lenient I feel results. It reduces inflammation, supports digestion, and my body literally works better at everything after.

This detox is incredible! To be honest, I really wasn’t excited about it before I started because it is requires a lot of dietary changes during the 7 days, but after experiencing the benefits of the detox, I knew I wanted to start doing it every 3-6 months. I’ve done it twice now and it has improved my mental focus, my sleep quality, and even eliminated my need for caffeine.

I didn’t expect it to taste good but this is undrinkable. I forced myself to drink it and then it made me sick to my stomach. Waste of money.

The daily nutritional support powder is loaded with vitamins, protein, and minerals. Also, it’s vegan and hypoallergenic, which is great since I have food allergies. The chocolate flavor is very tasty and goes great in a shake or smoothie. I’m so glad the detox and other Equilibrium Nutrition products are now available on Amazon! I had it delivered the next day! I will definitely buy this product again and highly recommend it.

I just finished my week, this is not easy but i lost 7lbs in one week. My son is getting married next week and i am ready to look my best.

This did a great job at detoxing. For some reason, the entire 7 days that I was on this, I had absolutely no bowel movement’s. It also tastes absolutely disgusting. I tried it with just water but could barely get it down so I started using almond milk. Still gross, but manageable. While taking it I felt extremely energized!

Love this detox! Best one out there.
