Fuller Brush Witch Hazel Classic

I have been a fan of Fuller Brush witch hazel lotion for quite a while. It is a classic! Fuller Brush makes the best, if not the only, witch hazel *lotion*. Witch hazel has so many amazing uses, due to its anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. I particularly love how it treats itching, now that I live in Arizona and my skin is quite dry. Anyway, it has been getting more and more difficult to find this item in stores. I was so happy to find it at Amazon. But I was wondering if the quality might have gone down, as has the quality of so many things during the past few years. This is *not* the case with this product, thank goodness. BTW I have an old bottle so I can compare the old and the new side-by-side. The color, texture and smell are the same. In fact, its smell may have actually improved. The packaging/bottle certainly has improved from years ago. I am so thrilled that Amazon carries this amazing product. PS: Apply this lotion to your feet at night before bedtime and it helps with a restful sleep, in addition to making tired feet feel so good.

Wash off the sweat, and spread on the Witch Hazel lotion! My skin drinks it in very quickly and rehydrates almost immediately! It's a little different bottle than what Fuller Brush used years ago, but that's not an issue. The quality of the lotion along with the pump makes this a must have lotion. I purchased two. Excellent for dry, itchy skin in a dry climate. I'll be back for more :0)

I got this for my legs- it is overly scented for me, sort of like old man cologne smell. which could be good or bad depending on the user. It's only for my legs so I will use it up because once my pants are on I don't smell it, however I would not buy it again.

The witch hazel from Fuller Brush Co is the same mom used to get me as a teen. I love it.. have waited long for it and it is the same wonderful soft , original cream.. I remember. Only thing wrong was packaging could have had newspaper in it to keep it from bouncing around in the huge box with small coffee pot ordered from Amazon at same time. Just what I’ve been looking for. After three days of use, my skin is breathing a sigh of relief. The consistency is perfect. It glides on. The witch hazel has the “astringent “ yet soothing effect I need. The fragrance is nothing special- mostly of witch hazel.

This lotion makes my skin feel great. It does dry fast, however, so you may inadvertantly use more than you would expect. The scent is unusual but not unpleasant. Just unfamiliar.

The smell wasn’t as pleasant as I would have liked, and it didn’t help with redness. It smells like after shave.

The ORIGINAL Fuller Brush witch hazel lotion of the 60s and 70s was lightweight, and had a much fresher scent. It worked better at keeping skin cool, moisturized and acted as a wonderful insect repellent when outside. This "new and improved" version is heavy, smells more of chemicals than witch hazel and does little to keep the bugs at bay. FULLER BRUSH, bring back the original, please!
