Delicious and soups and stews
Delicious , in stews gravy, absolutely delicious. sweet at first, then the saltness comes through A a little goes a long long way for nutrition like seaweed you will love this one lovely to chew on dry. Add a lovely flavour to cup soups so why not? Give it a try? 😊

Soak before use
I didn’t realise it needed soaking before use, so not as handy as I thought. Still great quality and just what I needed.

Pleasant taste
This is my 2nd Order of this Product. I mainly use it for my Detox Smoothie. Very important to let it soak for 10 minutes. I didn't do that the first time and it wasn't pleasant. It's also very nice to put on a Salad.

Seaweed? Who knew!
I saw this being used on a recent episode of “The Hairy bikers” I had never heard of it before but liked the sound of it. I bought some and will definitely use again. It’s lovely deep red colour and umami/ salty taste adds a nice twist to salads and veg dishes.

This is very expensive for 25 grms. By the time I paid courier and transfer fees to NZ money. Then a long wait for it to arrive in NZ. Wont be doing it again.
