Nice Rod For The Money
Nice rods. I bought two of them one for my daughter and one for myself. I have an old Eagle Claw Featherlight spinning rod that I love, so I bought these. They do not seem to be quite as flexible/sensitive as my old one. Not sure it is because of the different rod style (casting vs spinning) or if they are constructed of different materials. My old rod is probly pushing 20 years old and still going strong. I love fishing with ultra light tackle and these are good rods for the money. We have used them a couple of times and yes, we did catch a bunch of fish.

Just used it and it broke.
When I first got it I was very excited to finally have some time to fish, but it broke and was very bad

I think I can find better
I wanted a brush pole and it was hard to find something under 5 feet, at least on Amazon. I learned the hard way the difference between a casting rod and spinning rod. I thought some fool stuck the eyes on the wrong side, but my review will disregard my idiocy. The pole casts well enough. The only problems I have is that the top part does not have a rubber cap so it comes loose from the lower half and requires occasional realignment. The cork handle also has some movement to it that I do not like. It gives the feeling of instability or weakness.

I like the looks and the length
I like the looks and the length ,but the rod action was too limber.If it had been Medium action would have been a good rod for pan fishing.

My daughter loves her fishing rod!
Great fishing rod. Bought for our 7 year old daughter for her birthday and she caught a fish on her first cast!!! Perfect size and very lightweight makes it so nice for younger kids to use. My husband has the same one which is how we knew about this. Fantastic item!!

Great rod
Best rod I've had in a while. Very light and nice action with several trout the past couple weeks. So far it seems quite sturdy, The fittings all are tight and all the eyelets line up. It's a great rod for the money.
