PowerBlock Exercise Poster 3-Pack

I recently purchased a set of Powerblock adjustable dumbbells so I decided to go all in and get a set of workout posters. These posters show you the basic, most effective tried and true exercises in a clear concise form. A short description with photographs allow you to correctly execute the various exercises. Of course there are all sorts of variations of these exercises to tweak different muscle groups and add definition but these exercises are the core of any routine. The laminated posters are not too big (12" x 18") yet can be easily seem from a distance. A nice addition to your home gym.

I have them on my wall so i can reference when i workout and are perfect size.

This makes my workouts so much more structured. I would try to do workouts on my own and come up with my own idea of which part to work out. With this, there are various guides that show where the mucsle focus is, and gives different sets that work those specific muscle groups. Overall wonderful purchase, stick them right by your weights.

This is a very well built stand. I was hesitant to buy it but I'm happy that I did. I can drop the 65 lbs weights on it without worry that it will tip over. Had it for about 3 months now. I am pleased with it!

These posters are a good guide for basic weight lifting at home with dumbbells. I vary the routine, doing the exercises from left to right for a couple weeks, then up and down, then right to left; it is important to vary your routine or you’ll stagnate. The 20 minute workout is a good one, and once you’ve gotten used to the exercises, you can simply mix it up from poster to poster. I punched some holes in the posters so I could hang them up a little easier in my garage, and they’re a little overpriced compared to other, similar posters, but Powerblock is a known quantity and trusted.

Posters are great for having the exercises at quick reference while working out. While they can easily be printed out on the website, these are larger and laminated.

They are pretty expensive for 5 sheets of laminated paper - BUT - they are clear and help my wife know how to use free weights without hurting herself - or having to listen to me blabber on about form :) If you have not used free weight dumbbells before - this is a very convenient way to learn the exercises you can be doing.

Once upon a time, the PowerBlock people included a nice set of wall posters when one bought their excellent dumbbell set. The set is no longer included, but this updated set is available from Amazon for a reasonable price. They look great on a wall in my home gym, and I do consult them to remind me of some of the exercises for each body part.

De belles affiches destinées aux murs de votre chambre, votre couloir, votre salle de musculation... L'écriture et les images sont un peu petites, pour autant le contenu est conforme aux attentes. Les affiches sont plastifiées ce qui assure d'une bonne espérance de vie. Les images sont du plus bel effet. Un bon outil de travail et de motivation !

The posters are good three with body part work outs and a twenty minute work out.The only let down is some info on the sets and reps of the exercises

Ok as a marketing color glossy tool to put up at a gym. Otherwise repetitive and not many exercises or information for workouts.
