People mistake this for a laxative. It's not. It's herbal meds that your body uses as food to heal and enhance the area prescribed for. Your body uses what it needs, discards the rest. No side effects. Quite effective.

I was having some ongoing digestive problems and didn't want to go through a long cleanse. I found this product and decided to give it a try. It took a couple of days to figure out how many capsules to take and when, but I didn't have any abdominal discomfort or emergencies while taking them. I only took them for about a week due to the cascara sagrada, but I think this will be good as part of my rotation of products to keep my digestion moving. The only weird thing I noticed is that I did have some very mild heartburn shortly after taking them, but I suspect that's from the cayenne.

I'm 69 now and have eaten a whole foods diet for decades but at times have not been as regular as I wanted to be, even when eating a mostly plant based diet. With this product I think I can be as regular as I want to be, even with eating small amounts of animal proteins.I was DX'd with mild diverticulosis and grade 1 hemorrhoids, that I've probably had for decades. The MD told me to take Benefiber but I actually took psyllium powder instead, and this product seems to help even more. Because for me at least, a plant based diet helps and is easier on my digestion but this product really stimulates the bowel activity the way it should be. I think the older we get, the more sluggish our elimination tends to get. Psyllium causes food to hurt less on the way out, and this product helps to get it all out and more often. Food isn't supposed to drag through your GI tract. If it drags, it can contribute to colon disease.

For me this product did not work. It only helped a little with the very first dose. After that...nothing. Same pain and discomfort. I ended up throwing them away 😔. Waste of money.
