Short answer, yes, it is worth the $15. The original was only £14 ($20) so this is the cheapest way to own a "close enough" costume piece.The color is slightly darker, the pattern is printed rather than woven, and that makes the flowers look not quite perfect when inspected. From a distance? Great product. They printed the flowers in the same arrangement as the screen worn tie (two on the right) and the basic pattern is very similar. Again, on close inspection, the flowers are slightly larger. But, at 1/8th of an inch more narrow, it is closer to the screen accurate width of the original tie.Perfect? Absolutely not. Can you tell the difference in photos? Almost certainly not. Highly recommended for my fellow cosplayers.

This is a super nice piece for any Tenth Doctor cosplayers or for those who just want his sense of fashion! The tie came packaged nicely and arrived promptly. The colors are very vibrant, and the material is superb for the price compared to other more expensive retailers. Since I am a shorter female, the tie is a little long on me but this issue was easily fixed because it was hidden under a dress. It would be the perfect length on anyone around average height (5'6"-5'8" or taller). The tie held up extremely well through all day usage. Bought this as a gift for my husband. The quality is fantastic; it's held up even though my husband has never worn a tie before in his life. So, not only is it a high-quality -looking- fabric, it holds together while a grown man curses and tugs and pulls while trying to figure out how to put it on. He likes wearing it as a litmus test to see who are true Whovians and if he can be their friend; if they acknowledge it as a Who item, they're blood brothers. If they don't notice, well... at least they recognize he's wearing a very nice tie.

I like to wear ties in everyday life and although I'm a huge Who fan, I didn't want something that felt overly tacky or obvious, like a TARDIS tie. This one fits the bill perfectly. I don't expect anyone will ever recognize it as a Doctor Who-themed tie, but if they do we'll be friends for life. :)The tie itself is what I'd call moderate quality. It's a printed tie so there's no texture to it. Doesn't look as luxurious as a "normal" tie, but worn casually it can still look pretty sharp.

This looks even better in person! I was so happy to find a replica tie from the 50th Anniversary to go along with the 50th Anniversary screwdriver that will be given as a gift to my boyfriend. I have seen sooooo many 10th Doctor cosplayers, but never one who had this specific tie. I found it on sheer luck, and snatched it up right away. The price is fantastic and was hard to pass up. The photos really do not do this justice, because the quality fabric and the print of the flowers is exceptional. I am so happy with my purchase!

Originally purchased for my 10th Doctor costume. The likeness is quite good to the 10th Doctor's in the DW 50th Anniversary episode, but a very good Whovian eye can probably tell it's not *the* exact one. The material is cotton, and the floral pattern isn't as detailed, but a great product if you want to save money (and don't require it to be the exact same tie).

It was such a privilege to own this small part of the 50th Anniversary of Doctor Who. I've always enjoyed David Tennant's neckwear and this looks great on me. It's professional looking too so I can wear it to a formal party. The material is durable so I'm sure I'll be wearing it for years to come.
