Q: Will this fit with a drivers back rest?

I have a road glide classic and it fits on the back rest of my seat. This bag is awesome and holds a ton of stuff. Worth the money.

Q: Does it cover the rear speakers or impact the sound from them?

It does not cover the rest speaker's It slightly blocks the speaker's, But does not impact the sound of the speaker's. It's the best luggage bag I have ever had for my bike for traveling.

Q: How do I attach it to my 2019 Honda Goldwing Tour? The handrails for the passenger don't allow for a strap to pass through.

Attachment obviously varies by bike, but on my 2014 Victory Cross Country, the rearmost strap goes around my passenger backrest & the two rearmost side straps attach to the rack supports. Fully loaded it's a comfortable backrest.

Yes mine came with straps to secure the bag to bike and back pack strap
