Love It
I am 11 years old, and I love Barbie. I also love national geographic, so when I spotted this set, I knew that I'd like it at some point. It's really good, but as the bugs are so small I suggest getting a tub to put all the mini accessories in so they don't get lost (I do that with all my Barbie supplies.) I love this set, but I will say that the cute cardboard butterfly metamorphosis chart did come out, and got lost, even though I am very careful with my Barbie items. I'd prefer it to be the same plastic material as pretty much every other thing in thing in this set, and part of the desk station area. Some may argue that It's just more plastic going into the world if they change that, but most of the set is plastic and a little cardboard cut- out isn't much (although one step at a time I guess) However, not a huge issue, as this is my favourite out of the two sets I have so far.

Very accessory rich set, seems good quality
Arrived in great condition. My 9 year old has played with this all day. She thinks it’s great. My 3 year old boy has also been enjoying this. All the insects and the tree and the workstation provide plenty of scope for varied imaginative play. Highlight for my daughter was that barbie’s feet look like she can’t wear heels, she loves that this is a national geographic barbie as she loves the kids magazine. She has spent a lot of time talking me through how good the outfit is down to the all terrain boots.

Bellissima serie questa di Barbie legata al National Geographic. Di tutte questa é la piú ricca di accessori molto molto interessanti. Devo peró osservare che la trovo un po'cara ma non ho potuto fare a meno di regalarla. Consigliato davvero.

Bought 3 of these on sale for $32 for my daughter, niece and friend (all 3 years old). They are so into bugs right now and loved it. Tons of small pieces though, as with most Barbies do so you have to be ready to lose a bug here or there. I wish they had Barbies like this when I was young.
