Unobtrusive and does the job.

This is a great product. It fits on my countertop perfectly. The spouts fit tight with no leaks. The only con is you have to be able to hoist a 3 gallon bottle off the floor, turn it over, and place it in the cradle. If you can't pick it up off the floor and turn it over in your hands comfortably then this unit is not for you, you'll end up hurting your back. I'm 55 and I can see using this unit until I'm 70 but at some point I won't be able to lift the bottle then I'll just give it away b/c it's well made and it will still be ready to use.

Other than having to lift a 45lb jug of water, this dispenser is easy to setup and use. You will need counter space, though.

It seems like everything I've ordered lately has been a piece of junk. I was prepared to have the same experience with this dispenser, but was pleasantly surprised. I was tired of recycling all of those 1 gallon jugs and wanted to try the 5 gallon returnable ones. We tried using the battery powered pump, which was okay, but it looked huge standing about 2 feet high on our countertop. This setup provides a much lower profile. The valve is easy to install, but make sure you loosen it all the way before trying to put it on the bottle (remember, righty righty, lefty loose-y) and it will go right on and tighten easily. No drips at all and water dispenses as fast as you'd like depending on how far you open the valve. I think it's a bit pricey, but it's good quality and it works. That means a lot.

After a week or two the flow started to get much slower. We have to squeeze it a few times and at some weird angles to get the flow back to normal. Seems to be broken. It works, but not great after a short period of time.It’s been a few more weeks since my initial review above, and it’s gotten even worse. The flow is super slow. Disappointed it broke.

I purchased in July of 2023 and it worked great for about 5-6 months. The water came out in a nice flow, no leaks, no drips. I use 3 gallon jugs and the holder is sturdy and doesn't take up much space at all. I can't comment whether or not this would be sturdy enough for a 5 gallon jug. However, about a month ago started experiencing what others have commented on - water doesn't come out evenly - sometimes dribbles and sometime a quick gush. I have to keep pressing on the lever (valve) to get a full glass of water these days. Oh well, it wasn't that expensive so I guess you get what you pay for - but darn, I had high hopes since it was working so perfecting the first months.

Tristemente la boquilla no embona en ninguna marca de garrafones de mi conocimiento, probé con Bonafont, Ciel, Epura y Clyva, el diseño tampoco permite el uso de galón de 10 o 5 litros.

El grifo no encaja en el tanque (tanque de agua de 5 galones)

En Mexico nunca pude colocarle los tapones a ningún modelo de garrafón
