It's a very simple device - peel off the cleaning pad; slap it back on and it "velcro's" securely in place. I moistened the head with ammonia-water and used it to clean three very large wall mirrors in my bathroom, then rinsed the head and went over those mirrors once more. I expected to see streaks and areas needing more cleaning when the mirrors dried because I've smoked in that room for five years and the tars were heavily deposited on the glass -- but no! They were sparkling clean.I've used the mop on a kitchen floor for a quick mop-up of small splashes and bits, and it worked pretty well indeed. I'm happy with it, especially having a second head.

The company made good in sending to me full order after having received the first package with a missing mop. Now that I have the mop, I can say it is sturdy. The mop head swivels and it has a locking mechanism to prevent the mop head from excessively rotating, and real good feature. The mop pads have Velcro on the backside and microfiber on the front. With proper care this mop will last a long time.The main reason why I bought it was I needed a reliable mop to wash my ceilings and walls, and this mop will do just that very well.

I found this mop to be a great help in getting into all of the corners around the house....and under the table etc. The head is smaller then your normal "Swiffer" but that is fine as I have greater control of the mop and it is easy to adjust and maneuver. I think a large mop for the wide spaces....and this mop for detail and small spills is excellent!!!!

The item is very functional and had while using it to wipe the walls of my new home.It extends to over 8 feet to get to areas of the wall without moving much. I do not need to use a small ladder to reach tall areas.

Our home is built to 7/8 scale, or so it seems. The spaces between fixtures seems smaller and regular-sized cleaning tools are too big. This mini-mop is exactly what I've needed for cleaning a very small bathroom. There was nothing else like it being offered on Amazon and I was fortunate to find it here. It stores nearly invisibly and the pads, at least after a few launderings, are holding up very well. Thank you for offering such a useful product.

love the fact that it extends and makes reaching up the wall easy without having to go up a ladder at my age. The two pads are great for using one to wash and one to risen the walls.the light weight makes it comfortable for my wife to use as we are in the process of preparing a place for a friends new condo that the previous owners were heavy smokers and this mop is really cutting our work time.will be getting a lot of use out of ours as it also is great on wood floors.

Came promptly, and is the absolute BEST mop and mop head I have ever used! Works exactly as described, or should I say even better than described. The telescoping handle is great, but the real magic in this product is the superb mop heads-- pick up everything, easy to clean off, easy to clean up (just drop in the washer, comes out like new). The heads work great dry to pick up dust, dirt etc, and then when wet are great to mop up any surface. And I LOVE the velcro attachment-- works much better than the snap in sponges I had used before. Obviously, I'm madly in love with this product and will likely order several replacement mop heads just to have as backups very soon.

got the wrong handle with the mop there is no way to attach it the handle is a screw on and the mop head is a snap on very disappointed .Update: they are doing the right thing and correcting the issue.
