This little giant transformed my cash out segment of my business. Once we set up with company logo we used all the info needed, customer name, no. and of course the bar codes makes it so easy to scan products at check out.we also love the software which helps us analyze daily, monthly sales and our popular products and services.Boss purchase, highly recommended.

Was never able to get it to work. Support didn’t know how to get it to work either. All they did was send a link that’s already listed on the website. This printer is GARBAGE.

Have to turn off and back on for it to print label then when I turn it back on it shoots out 4-5 blank labels therefore I am wasting label paper.

The listing advertised that this printer has a built-in cutter. This is not true. Otherwise, printer works as advertised.
