I was a little worried about whether these were genuine Zippo flints as they came in just a clear plastic bag as the loose containers. When I have ordered these previously they have come with each container shrink wrapped on to a Zippo branded card base. It did give me pause for thought because of how they were packaged despite purchasing from what purports to be the Zippo store. I did compare one of the containers to an existing one that came packaged in the way I would expect and I was relieved to find that they were identical. The only real test will be actually using the flints and seeing if they last as long as ones that I know for definite are genuine. I am 99% sure that these are the hard flints that last a reasonable amount of time and are why I always get the actual Zippo branded flints for both mine and my husband's lighters as cheaper options just don't last the same. Also, the little containers make getting just one flint out super simple and are small enough to keep one handy in your wallet or purse "just in case".

Reliable flints, especially when used in tandem with zippo genuine lighter fluid.
