Size Name:Pack of 4 Big Oz Organic and Gluten Free Buckwheat Flakes are made from 100 percent pure buckwheat flakes and have a mellow, satisfying flavour. They are naturally wheat-free and gluten-free. Gluten free flakes, we use only �A� grade organic whole grains from suppliers certified by the Soil Association and all our products are approved by the Coeliac Society. By using traditional methods of rolling and flaking, our grains retain the maximum dietary fibre and nutritional content. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away, so our Big Oz Flakes are ideal for making delicious porridges or used as a healthy cooking ingredient.

Buckwheat flakes
Very tasty and I am so pleased to find, without anything added. Good, plain, nutritious food. The taste reminds me of porridge oats, and is just as palatable.Am going back for more, I like this product so much.Want more flavour? Try adding cinnamon with your breakfast buckwheat flakes.....

Buckwheat Flakes
We ordered Big Oz Organic Buckwheat cereal and I can recommend this product. It is very difficult to find in supermarkets alternatives to porridge, particularly when you are allergic to oats. The Flakes are quite easy to prepare, you can cook them the same way you make porridge and it is done in around 5 minutes on the cooker. Alternatively you can also use the microwave.

Fantastic product
Love this product. Great alternative for oats. Has a slightly nutty flavor and in my opinion a much taster porridge. Great for replacing oats in alot of recipes too.

I like them, but why wife now prefers the 'green' ...
Staple of a gluten free family for many months. I like them, but why wife now prefers the 'green' make. Good quality, but were out of stock last time hence the switch
