I thought all the reviews saying things like "I had to remind or force myself to eat" was a hoax to be honest. I thought maybe at best this would be a placebo effect, which hey, I bought it so I'm totally okay with that. But this stuff actually works. I can't explain it. I work from home in a tiny studio apartment and the fridge is literally next to me all day everyday. Got a bad customer email? Grab some cheese for comfort. Bored? Heat up some wings. Hungover? Order some delivery. It was constant emotional/boredom eating and it's just completely gone now. By dinner I am hungry, but it's truly just a normal sized meal and I am done. This is almost life changing and I'm just so happy with this product. I've had no negative side effects at all thank goodness. Definitely try it!!

I found a study that linked Saffron to making depression symptoms lessen and I have found this to be true in my case. It is supposed to work as well as Prozac but without the side effects. Do your own research and see if it works for you. It works wonders for me. I am no longer suicidal thanks to this product.

I will be switching to another brand of saffron for several reasons. First thing I noticed was how pale the color of this saffron is. Then I noticed it was 1/3rd the strength of other brands. Also, this brand only contains one out of three important ingredients from Saffron, and it is not "full spectrum" Saffron. Other brands are also non-GMO which is better and safer. I initially bought this because of the high amount of other people who bought it, but appearently they, like me, weren't aware of the issues of this brand. I also never recieved any of the 4 'bonuses' promised by the manufacturer. For all these reasons and more, I will not be buying this brand again.

***Not a paid review*** I have been taking this for three days now. I’ve started with just one cap in the morning with a healthy breakfast. In a few more days I will increase to two caps, morning and late afternoon.The first day I noticed an increase in mood and energy. By the second day I noticed I wasn’t searching for sweets at the dreaded two o’clock hour at work. Day three and I’m still feeling upbeat and eating smaller meals. Late night cravings are no longer an issue for me.If my mood keeps up like this I will, under the supervision of my doctor, try to wean off of my anxiety/depression medication.I will return to review again after a month or so.Edit: after taking for 2 months I continued to see the same results. HOwever; I developed terrible heartburn and discontinued use.
