Nice sizes easy to use for painting model airplanes

Bought these for my home/vehicle emergency kit. In all, for the price paid, these are a fairly decent set of hemostats. There are a few drawbacks that keep them from being really strong though, firstly being that the production quality is a little lacking. The hemostats don't engage well on the first lock pegs, meaning you have to slightly overdo your clamping to get them to lock. It's not a dealbreaker, since you can change sizes most of the time, but it's not ideal either.Size wise, these are a good variety, including everything from a smaller end to a larger 6-7" reach, and they come in a plastic case that makes them easy to keep together for storage.

These are OK hemostats. The edges could be smoother. Perhaps if they polished them a little more they would fit a little more precisely. I think next time I'll buy true medical grade hemostats. I think the edges would be more smooth and a better fit. That said, these will be good for coarse garage work but not so much fine circuit board work.
