Command 17006 Mini White Strips Hook, 1 inch, 6 Count

These are fantastic. I've used Command hooks for years. Great in the shower to hanging stuff (make sure wall is dry and wait overnight to use shower or put weight on hooks). I've put Christmas wreaths on my front doors when I didn't want to damage the fresh paint. Installed path for Christmas lights (inside). Place to hang kitchen towels. Etc.These I ordered specifically for use in rental cars for my cell phone car-charger cord. I want to use my phone for Google maps and must keep it where I can see it at a glance, up against the front panel (whatever it is called directly behind the steering wheel is called). The car charger has a coil cord, which meant the phone kept falling because of the tension. Now I pack one of these hooks when I travel so I can rig myself a setup like the kind I have on my car at home. Easy to remove when I return the car; no damage. Problem solved with these things - where to put our masks while driving? I didn't want to put them on the seat or in my bag. Hanging them works wonders. Easy to install. Masks are so light that I can't speak to their holding capacity but attaching them worked easily and they are remaining in place.

I no longer glue, tape, nail, or drill into any smooth non-porous surface in my house, thanks to the Command line of fasteners.These mini hooks are perfect to hang small items. For example, I use to hang the receiver of a HDMI receiver on the back of my TV. I tried Gorilla tape and a tube of glue, but both failed after a few days. But the Command Mini Hooks worked perfectly. I bought a package of these hooks in October 2011 and received clear hooks; re-ordering in July 2012 I received white hooks. This is a little annoying so I wanted to mention it in case color[lessness] is important to others.Otherwise we have been very happy with these hooks: we use two at a time to create a method to safely wind blind cords - it's a cheap and effective way of childproofing corded blinds and these hooks are relatively unobtrusive. The odd hook has come off after being repeatedly knocked when raising and lowering heavy wooden blinds, but I would consider that normal wear and tear. The strips are sometimes a little annoying to remove but generally do come off relatively easily.The hooks are tiny; product dimensions don't appear in the description, but the mount for each hook is approximately 1 inch high by 3/4 inch wide and the hook itself is about 1/2 inch high, and provides about 1/4 inch of horizontal depth relative to the mount. Perfect for our purpose of winding blind cords, but as others have commented not much use for anything bigger than a set of keys or a few strands of chain, etc.

I'm a huge fan and advocate for 3M strips. I have these in several places in my house. They are used to hang at least over half of my wall art and I use them in my closets to hang hooks for hats, belts and purses. I recommend these to all my friends!

We live in an apartment so we were looking for something convenient and not permanent. We hang our keys on these hooks and its great. No problems. They are sturdy and hold well to the wall. The product stated "mini hooks" and they just are. You can hang your keys on them and I maybe a pot holder? Anyways, you get the picture. If I need more of these babies I will buy them but not here - I noticed they are in stores everywhere as well. And you can find them even for less with coupons, sales, no shipping, and such.

Pros: I had four of these up and they held small objects (static loads) just fine. Before applying I cleaned each surface with 95% isopropanol.Cons: Three out of the four were difficult to remove after a year. Instead of the adhesive stretching and eventually pulling completely free like it's supposed to, the adhesive broke (one out of four came away cleanly as advertised). Instead of being to reuse the hooks I had to break them apart to get to the adhesive. The adhesive did eventually come free of the wall without damage but it was much more difficult than expected.This seems to be a problem restricted to these tiny hooks--the larger ones have worked just fine for me.

Never tried these before but will definitely buy more in the future. Easy to install and discreet. Hold up well.

Does anyone use anything but Command hooks? They are the cream of the crop...easy to apply anywhere and just as easy to remove. I wouldn't use any other kind and have many of various sizes throughout the house. These mini's are great for the inside of cupboard doors to hold measuring spoons and other small items that get lost when thrown in a drawer.

This was not right for what I wanted. The plastic hooksnot very strong... good for baseball cap or headphones, an apron, dishbrush, etc. Not quite for a backpack.
