I needed only a small amount for shipping reptiles, so I bought these. The packs heat up to only a few degrees warmer than advertised (100 F), and those few degrees make a big difference to reptiles. With adequate packaging, it's not a big deal, but it could be problematic otherwise. It's a great product, and I'll definitely be buying again and using in the future. 100% would recommend to anyone with reptiles or small animals that need a heat source.

Just a warning - this pack takes 30 minutes to an hour to reach its max heat, it's not like the little hand warmer packs you buy in the winter!Overall, a good emergency tool to have just in case the power goes out as a reptile owner

I’ve used these on transporting my hissing cockroaches and they work like a charm!! Last well over 48 hours. Compact and easy to use! I shipped these packs with two hissers from the south to the Northeast in winter and she told me the packs were still warm!

Barely got warm. Waste of money

Great product! Kept plants alive while being shipped from the northeast to Midwest in winter conditions. Must have stayed warm for longer than 30 hours. Very pleased!

Fast shipping product as described

I ordered this for a emergency for our bearded dragon in case we lost power. Well, we lost power for 7 hours on a cold winter, below freezing day. I read the directions and placed 2 of the 4 warmers into the tank at 7am. It's now 1:30pm and the warmers never warmed up. I'm not happy!
