Heron Guard

Good product idea but need a lot of cutting down and modifying in smallish preformed fibreglass ponds with curves. Cannot use the supplied joining clips once cut down and had to use tie wraps

The product is excellent. The supplier Heron Solutions is excellent.BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH AMAZON. I wanted to order 10 more of the heron guards as I have enlarged the size of my fish pond and need more of the same. On placing a quantity of 10 in my cart, the system correctly calculated a price for 10 off. Unfortunately, the amazon system also multiplied the one-off standard charge by 10 giving me a delivery charge of £45.90 !!!! Order cancelled !!!!I subsequently spoke to the supplier - Heron Solutions - who informed me that trying to get amazon to correct their error was just about impossible. I have since ordered the items, totally fuss free, on ebay... yes amazon - ebay.

I must be the worst DIYer in history, but these were so simple to put together. They are so much neater than the circular plastic guards which I had on before, and they go together very easily. They even come with tie clips to keep the whole array "heron proof". Highly recommended!

We have recently rebuilt the pond due to the pond liner giving out after years and years at least ten we've lived here and the new heron guards are seeming to do a better job than our previous netting, as you now can enjoy the pond and wild life a little more. Especially with the addition of plants and a hide-away for the gold fish!
