Kantek Monitor Privacy Visor for 18 to 21-Inch LCD and CRT Monitors, Gray (MV19/21)

This is exactly what I was looking for to attach to a monitor to avoid the glare of the sun because I like to work outside during the day.

Was in perfect condition. I trimmed the side panels and painted it black to install on my monitor at work. Its perfect.

Did exactly what I was looking for. My desk was moved to a lovely, waterfront view at work that I did not want to give up because of the hard sun glare in the afternoon. I first bought another brand cover that was flexible. The length on that one was better (the visor edges) but the material made it look "cheap" in the office - everyone thought I was reviewing football game plays. So I ditched it eventually and opted to try this HARD adjustable cover. The lines look MUCH cleaner. I started to give it a 4-star because I would prefer the visor edges to be about a bit longer (1/2 inch maybe) but then I changed to 5-star because really, it depends on everyone's sun angle and monitor edges, etc - on how it fits. I upp'd the rating because it was so easy to install, it stays put, and like I said, looks much better - and, yes - blocks the sun!
