This is a nice hat, but I prefer my head to fit snugly. My head is not large so there was still a lot of room in the top where the hat sat on my head. I returned this hat only because of it being a bit too large for my head.

I use this hat for hiking very hot in Arizona. Works great out here. You dont want you scalp to sun burn.
