Large but useful
This is a best of a beast in terms of size, but if you’ve got the space it’s very handy for managing ironing and so on - the wheels are a good size, the basket holds a fair bit and being able to hang up shirts or similar is very handy to prevent them getting creased again.

Useful laundry butler from Amazon offering space for laundry
Amazon's laundry butler is easy to put together. It offers storage for clothes to dry or once ironed.Could be improved by removing the bottom shelf and moving the basket down to the bottom, and having two rails. Plus by having larger stops to prevent hangers from falling off the top rail (also making them nearer to the edge would offer more space for laundry). A missed opportunity not to have any hooks at either side too.Generally positive though. Particularly like the wheels at the bottom - which give manoeuvrability to the unit - as well as the clean, white look.

A good useful idea.
Very strong weighty butler and sturdy and can be pushed easily even with all your shirts hanging/ it's very functional next to the ironing board where the items can be hung immediately after the board instead of looking for a door to hang them on- deep basket as well as rack- very useful.

Surprisingly large and heavy-duty
I slightly underestimated the size of this thing before it arrived. It’s a chunky object, just slightly taller than me (but thankfully I’m not as wide), and quite imposing. It’s good for a big family’s worth of ironing, and could even double as a mini wardrobe for a single person. It’s a little clunky to assemble, but fairly sturdy. It’s rather unglamorous looking, a functional, plain white and somewhat basic assembly of pipes and screws where no real effort has been made to make it look stylish or discreet. The wheels in particular feel surprisingly industrial-grade, unexpectedly heavy (certainly a problem if you’re planning to use this on any stairs), with lock mechanisms that are bordering on brutal. A plus side of the wheel size though is that they’re not going to get stuck in any carpet like small wheels might. For commercial or for big family use this is an object that does its job without frills. Unless you’re regularly hanging weeks’ worth of office suits and shirts though, I think some families may find it more trouble than it’s worth.

An Alternative Storage Solution
My partner is obsessed with storage solutions and anything that can save our house from being cluttered. One way to do this is to go up. The Amazon Basics 'Laundry Butler with Wheels' gives you a basket to store things in, but also goes up. When you receive the box you may have a sense of dread as the thing rattles around in pieces. Thankfully, it is actually quite reasonable to assemble and the sounds are made mostly as it is metal.Once built you have an odd looking thing that will never be considered a work of beauty, but offers a good storage solution if you have a utility room that contains the washer/dryer. You get a shelf, lifted basket and frame on which to hook clothes. It is good for using after the tumble dryer as you can sort your clothes and hand some up so they do not crinkle. The fact that it is on wheels means that you can then move it around to your wardrobe, or at least the stairs! There are a few bits and bobs with the 'Laundry Butler with Wheels' that don't make it perfect. It would be nice to be able to rearrange it to meet you needs better; perhaps move the shelf or add more hanging. Also you have to be careful when hanging up clothes that they do not slip off the sides, the little bump is not really enough. It is also a little ugly as function has come above form. If you do plan to keep it in the garage or utility room it will fit in, in your front room; not so much.
