John Nance does it again in this follow up book to Why Hospitals should fly. It is engaging and is well written to keep the reader engaged. The principles are easy to put into practice and make a difference in achieving patient safety. John Nance is an excellent author!

This is a great continuation of the original book, Why Hospitals Should Fly. It explains what you should be looking for in your management and staff, but so infrequently find. It also describes ways to help these people become what you need. I re-read these two books at least yearly to refocus and reenergize.

A must read for any and all in the medical industry. We are so busy with the industry we have lost sight of the North Star...

The author gives the reader important information about the health care system and how to maneuver through the many facets of health care today.

Easy, informative read

While slightly far fetched in the ease of acceptance from so many of the staff, this book demonstrates where healthcare in this country needs to be headed. Great read!
