Great Beginner/Intermediate Skates for the RINK
These are great beginner/intermediate skates; I personally do not like how rigid the newer skate brands are. These skates make you feel supported, as well as provide enough flex. It was also important to me not to have leather skates. These are man-made. The wheels are probably fine for indoor skating. Do not skate with them as-is outdoors. I swapped the wheels for outdoor-rated wheels (78a hardness). Swapping wheels is easy - just unscrew and screw (but use a Y or T shaped skate tool). Chicago provides you with a cheap tool, but it will bend at first use and is not great. I wear a Ladies size 10 shoe, and fit the following skates: Mens 8, Ladies 9. Enjoy!

Nice skates for beginners or a seasoned pro
The skates arrived sooner than expected and they looked great! My only issue is that I have big calfs and the back of the high tops hurt my legs. I have read other reviews stating that the wheels were stiff and didn't move or were too lose. There was a tool that came with the skates so you can adjust the wheels and the truck for easy skating. I didn't use the one that came with the skates because I purchased a skate tool.I wish that the product would have worked out for me but maybe you will have better luck.

Not sure why it says begginers but for me I can do more with this skates than my vlan and my Chicago bullet skates. Just wish it had more ankle support but otherwise I recommended this skates u will love them . I was scared to buy them seen I saw the bad reviews but maybe they were roughly not sure. But I been using mine normal. And I do speed and turn fine with them

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A BROKEN ANKLE AND TORN LIGAMENTS!!!
DO NOT BUY THESE SKATES!!! They have zero ankle support or cushion. I broke my ankle and tore the ligaments holding my foot to my leg!!! I am a seasoned skater and have never worn such a poorly made skate. I was being cheap and after noticing these had no support I should have sent them back and spent the extra $50 for a pair Impala’s like I got my daughter- the Impalas are well cushioned and have ankle supports…..Here’s a lesson for everyone- you get what you pay for a lot of time and saving a few bucks is not worth it if it could possibly cost you in the way of significant injury and long-term limitations. DO NOT BIY THESE SKATES, SPEND THE EXTR MONEY AND GET A PAIR WOTH ANKLE PROTECTION. I’ve been skating for years and should have known better, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND PURCHASE THESE BECAUSE THE PRICE SEEMS REASONABLE- there’s a reason they’re cheaper and now, after what I’ve experienced since purchasing these less than 2 weeks ago, I can assure you that even at Thor Uber reasonable price these skates are waaay overpriced and in fact should not be sold on Amazon or anywhere given the tremendous risk for injury they pose with no ankle support or cushion at all!!!! If zero or negative stars had been an option I would not have given the one star shown.

New Wheels=better skates
I consider myself an advanced skater and needed a pair of skates because I hadn’t owned any in ages. I remember I had some Chicagos in high school and early college that were wonderful. So I got these. Everything was fine until my stopper came off midsession and I fell. And the wheels rolled really slow no matter how I adjusted the skate. So I bought new wheels and tried to remove the bearings. Technically these bearings that come inside of the wheels are not supposed to be removed. Now you can remove them but it is not recommended and here’s why…I removed all bearings except for 2. Those 2 literally flew apart and threw balls all over the place. So I ended up having to purchase new bearings for the newer wheels I bought for these skates.I’d say if you’re into customizing your skates for the low I’d say go for it. They roll so much better with RBones bearings and a set of Moxi Riva wheels. Now I’m considering painting them bronze or rose gold with vinyl paint. If you’re a beginner and need a skate that won’t roll and slide and you can work with it out the box. These are it. Plus the boot is softer so you can move in them.
