Q: I feel itchy from inside my body (most of it is in the chest) and after that I get a rash there will this work?

When I experience interior body sensations like this I find it helpful to use tiger balm (drastically different product than this, I know) but the sensation tiger balm causes distracts me (my brain) and is so helpful. For other body pains I'll even put a bit of tiger balm under my arm or another sensitive spot to help confuse my nerves. Sounds like your rash might be a psychological response (I know mine is sometimes psychological, and other times it can, of course, be a real rash on which I would totally use this tea tree balm). On the topic of this tea tree balm product I would totally and utterly recommend it for soothing skin, I love this balm for any and all skin things. Awesome quality. Good luck.

Q: Is this balm gluten free?

Our Tea Tree Balm contains wheat germ, so it is not gluten free. We recommend that you perform a skin patch test on a small area of skin. A skin patch test is pretty easy to do, and it will help you determine if you have a sensitivity/reaction to a particular product while reducing initial exposure to your skin. The Celiac Society says: "Gluten molecules are too large to be absorbed through the skin. If you're having a reaction to a personal care product (for example, a moisturizer or sunscreen lotion) that contains gluten, you may be allergic to one or more of the other ingredients."

Q: Why is this item not eligible for return?

It doesn't have a safety seal which means returned product would be wasted and destroyed. If it's not your thing just as easy to give it to a friend who might use it. I personally think it's an amazing product and I'd never in my wildest dreams return.

It sound like you have seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp. I use MooGoo Scalp cream to eliminate itching and control this condition. Part your hair with a comb and massage a small amount of the cream into the scalp at night. Wash it out in the morning and shampoo.
