Great for nail art, calligraphy, and more!
These dappen dishes are great for a variety of purposes, from keeping nail polish remover in while working on nail art to pouring calligraphy ink into while working on projects! It's a bit of a shame that they did not come with lids, but since lids were not advertised, I won't hold that against them.These are smaller in person than they look in the picture, but, depending on your project, this may or may not be a problem. They store more liquid than they seem to, but don't expect them to be cup sized. However, if you know you'll need a (very small) cup to pour a little liquid into, these are great!Unlike other reviewers, mine did not arrive with any sign of having been used or broken. Having backups in case one breaks is nice, too!

Two delivered broken
Two of them were broken when they were delivered. The other one though works well.

They is a strange rough residue at the bottom of the dishes, so it makes me think they are used. It will probably be simple enough to clean, but it is irritating to purchase something that isn't listed as used.

These little 3 glasses are perfect. I store them inside a box for beads ...
Finally! I have found a glass container small enough and heavy enough to use with my dip pens. Inkwells for dip pens are impossible to find, I wanted a shot glass small enough to dip my nibs or brushes for calligraphy. These little 3 glasses are perfect. I store them inside a box for beads or place the caps of ice tea bottles underneath for greater stability. These tiny glasses can be filled with up to 10mL of ink, but I would suggest more like 5-7mL, which is plenty to fill the nib reservoir, in order to avoid a spill.

Good buy
Small dampen dishes for your nail art needs. I use them to hold alcohol and acetone. They were very well packaged so as not to brake.
