I am impressed, not only with the shipping, but the packaging and the product itself are both high quality. It is easy to see why so many people recommended this product. I really don't have anything really new to add, but here is my honest impression and thoughts at this time. Held side by side with Ground Tumeric, the Curcumin is bright orange vs. dull brown/yellow. Consistency is that of a highly refined powder, smoother than Talcom or powdered sugar. I can't speak to the 95% purity level for certain but it is definitely high quality in appearance, taste and smell. I used a "pill maker" and capsules both purchased from Amazon, to make my own capsules to use for my arthritis. I recently started using Tumeric with black pepper with fair results. This is just kicking it up a notch. I noticed an immediate difference in my inflamation levels, just a few days in I haven't taken any OTC meds or felt the need to. I have started taking 1 capsule just prior to exercise and have noticed much less soreness post workout. Taking with a small meal. I think that the price "seems" high, on its face, but I have to stress 2 things; 1)Keep in mind that this IS a highly refined product without fillers. And that the larger quantity you buy, the price per ounce drops dramatically. Do the math! 2) And with that in mind, next round I will buy a larger size package (this time I went with the 100 gram just to try it) along with an equal size package of plain Tumeric and make my own "filler", cutting it by about 30-40% this will again reduce the cost and still give me the benefits that I am looking for. Also, I grind fresh black peppercorns in an inexpensive coffee grinder which I add to the mix for the piperine. This has the effect of making the Curcumin more bio-available, also at about 30% to the other equal parts. All that being said, I can find nothing bad about this method of inflamation control whereas NSAIDS will permanently damage your kidneys, liver, intestines... So it is worth a shot in my book! All natural is always better than chemical OTC. And short term, this is working for me. I will post back at a future date with my opinion, to see how I feel then. All in all, I am extremely pleased with BulkSupplements' product. I have no doubt what-so-ever that I will order from them again. Thanks to you and Amazon for making this product available. Unbelievable stuff! Decreases depression! That is a God-send, in and of itself. But wait, there's more! Reduces inflammation! Helps with my allergies as a result--my sinuses don't swell and make me miserable with a crippling headache. How beneficial is that! Diminishes gas and bloating in the stomach and intestinal tract. I sleep better when I take this product! Adds to me in everyway! Brain functioning is a hundred times calmer, yet, quicker. This is a product that is almost too good to be true--but it is true! Some studies indicate that its anti-inflammatory properties makes it a therapeutic answer to a number of human disease, including cancer. I don't have cancer. But that is from several studies. This product from BulkSupplements is perfect. You don't have the capsules to constrain you. Having it in bulk is the best way to go--this pure orange product is a miracle worker! Except it does stain your clothing, so act accordingly--unless you want orange shirts. I looked up the side effects online. Nothing to be concerned about. In fact, there aren't any to speak of. You can mix it with milk--but I warn you it does not mix well cold or even at room temperature. It sticks to the spoon and hardens. Don't waste it that way. I had to heat the milk and Pure Curcumin in the microwave for 30-55 seconds to get it to mix. Then I added vanilla favored yogurt from whole milk (Brown Cow product, which I love) and some coconut oil and a dash of pepper--because pepper helps this product to be absorbed better by the body. The heat does not diminish the effectiveness. This is like a warm hot-toddy that you drink just before bed. Unbelievable sleep. My joints don't give me as much of a problem since taking this product. I feel energized, to boot! My bowels function regularly. Why did I not know about this years ago? Next, I want to try BulkSupplements Pure Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder and their Bulksupplements Pure Caffeine Capsules (200 mg) (300 vegetarian capsules). This company did well with this product, I am assuming the same with the others in their line--the reviews of all three are outstanding.

Turmeric Curcumin powder is one of the BulkSupplements products that I buy to make my own golden milk recipe which contains turmeric curcumin powder (95% curcuminoids). I mix it with BulkSupplements cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper powders. The turmeric powder can be used by itself to add to smoothies, tea and coffee. I like that Bulk Supplements turmeric powder is very finely ground and it dissolves and mixes well without a gritty taste and a lot of sediment at the bottom of the cup. There are no additives or fillers listed and the product is third party tested. I’m very pleased with the quality, health benefits, taste, packaging and competitive pricing. I will be reordering.

I am a repeat buyer of Bulk Supplements and am always happy with the purchase. I especially like the Curcumin for it's anti-inflammatory effects and very strong antioxidant properties. I add about 1/2 teaspoon to our smoothies every morning and it really seems to help manage arthritis in my hands. Bulk Supplements provides quality supplements, the only thing I would like to see is a different type of packaging. It is a great concept but once the packages are opened it is a little difficult to re-zip them well enough to keep out humidity/moisture in the air. I transfer them to a small glass canning jar with a tight lid and keep them in a kitchen cabinet out of the light , problem solved. Be careful not to get the curcumin on clothing or other cloth items(rugs) as it will stain yellow. However, the benefits of Curcumin far outweighs the yellow color issue. This turmeric/curcumin extract powder is very concentrated— the color is intense and a little goes a long way. I like mixing a small amount into olive oil and adding a pinch of black pepper plus a little lemon to make it more palatable. Heads up: it stains easily, so be careful with countertops, cloths, and utensils and clean spills quickly.

this stuff is a dye bomb i a little powder spilling on the counter so i wiped it into the sink and turned on the faucet the powder did not go down the drain but somehow became airborne and make a dust cloud and floated all over everything the teny tiniest amount stains and gets into paint and other surfaces even when dry i spent an hour wiping over and over it just seemed to never end but you have to get it up immediately or you totally screwed, some stains were instant on my kitchen window sill it almost stained the plastic on the window which i would have had to replace the window because windows aren't printable anymore since they are plastic i was blessed to realize i need to clean it immediately i could not even see and orange powder till i started wiping it up first i started by dry wiping and then suddenly everything was orange and then i had to quickly switch to a liquid cleaner because even dry the stain was immediately setting in i used shout laundry detergent it is very strong stuff and will take the paint of the walls if your not careful but shout has a lot of color safe bleach in it that broke down the stain fast thank you Jesus for the idea i hope you all heed the other reviews about stains because i brushed them off but now regret it

I mix this product with several others as my own weight loss elixir. The consistency is a fine powder but does not mix in water at all. It floats on top or sticks to the side of your cup. So, you have drink in a larger, somewhat concentrated doses with each swallow. I don’t mind but some might. It’s got a mildly earthy, pungent flavor. I don’t detect any after effects. Whether it’s a significant contributor to my weight loss or not I can’t say, but I’ve dropped 15 pounds since starting my regimen with this product.

This is high quality curcumin, which will hopefully work better than plain turmeric powder for my aches and pains. Very bright orange. Most definitely highly refined from plain turmeric. I would caution in handling because if you get on your fingers, it doesn't wash out easily. So I recommend using some food handling gloves if you open it and place it in an airtight canister for daily use. Using it makes me feel good and gives me energy. I would buy again. What I usually do is place a little butter, coconut oil or olive oil in a microwave glass bowl and heat for 15 or 20 seconds. Then I place a heaping 1/4 teaspoon of this stuff, mix it with a spatula and either place in a drink like cocoa or on food, like fried rice or eggs or chilli. Because it is very messy to handle, not sure I would want to attempt putting it in your own gel caps. Update: this absolutely works for arthritis and aging pains. I was able to completely eliminate profession and Aleve. I only take it three or four times per week, not everyday, because that seems to be enough. Plus it was a little hard on my digestive system. I could not tolerate bioperine, really hard on my digestive tract, so what I do is mix some cinnamon with the curcumin in my smoothie. This seems to accomplish some of the same things as the bioperine without the negative side effects. Taking 1/4 rounded teaspoon of this stuff three or four times a week, this package will last for months.
