Protect Your Checks Easily
A very nice machine and great value for the money. Very simple to use and makes checks unalterable. I love it!

Not what I expected.
Operations manual confusing. Poor grammar and misspell words. Feels like a 5 year old child wrote the manual.

IT does the work
It does the work, but when the check gets printed, you need to put some resistant, to keep the numbers close together, otherwise it leaves a space between the numbers

Want An Easy Way To Print Out The Amount On Your Checks??
This Check Writer is your basic machine. It took me less than five minutes to read the phamplet, plug it in, and print out an amount on my check. The price was right and it included two extra ink cartridges. But keep in mind that it only prints out the amount in numbers - NOT IN WORDS. It also does not print out the Pay To information. Just numbers. Up to 14 numbers. Is suppose to keep a running total of checks and amount, but I haven't use it yet. Just tried it out. Oh, it does have a security pass code. So only the person(s) who know the code can use the machine. I like it and plan on using it often.

Clean and easy to use
This was bought for my office and is so much nicer then the antiquated machine I used to use. So easy to replace the cartridge rather than re-inking the ribbon of the old machine. This also adds all the amounts that you printed. Which is a wonderful option. I hope this help in your decision when looking for a embosser.

Recondition
The item didn't work and I had to return it,so I was unable to see how it functioned. Probably I should had not purchased a reconditioned item.

The 1 (one) comes out like a Capital I!
I have tried reaching out twice. Once through Amazon and another time through the support on their website and I haven't gotten anything back. I would not purchase again. When printing checks, you need it to show the correct amount, not something that looks like a letter. Our check was rejected from a business!

The electronic check writer works just as advertised. It keeps the setting and no leaks or mess from the ink. Good system.
