This book is a MUST buy!
Years ago, I used to be a health fanatic. Running, weight lifting, and karate to name three. But then a debilitating spinal condition robbed me of my ability to exercise, and so the weight piled on. I have tried various diet plans, and lifestyle changes, hardly any of which suited me, or worked long term. This book was pointed out to me by a friend, and I have to say it makes complete sense and does exactly what it says it will. The steps are simple enough, such as eating 3 meals a day, with 5 hours between each, and it caters for any diet. Be that meat, lean protein, or religious. It also lists the low Glycaemic Load foods which prevent insulin release, the culprit in fat gain. And because of this, you can really what as much food as you want during your three meals so long as you follow that. If you’re serious about your health, you must buy this book.

Invaluable info you will not find anywhere else
Best nutritional advice I have come across and I have worked with several coaches. The advice and information in this book is very unique and as a biochemist it makes so much sense! Cannot wait to implement this into my routine and reap the rewards. Amazing book!

The book is great but beware the “kindle edition”
The book itself is great, I downloaded the kindle edition. Well, I can read it on the kindle app on my mobile phone but not on the Kindle itself.That is annoying, I wish I could “return it” and buy the paperback instead. Oh well, now you know.

True diet for longterm results.
Love this book. Even though it is not easy follow his rules he teaches you to gain new healthy eating habits instead of bull s diet for 3-4 weeks and then you gain weight again. He never lies about how it's going to be easy and lovely and you don't need to do nothing. No. In this book you follow and win or you just loose. Highly recommend it.

I like it!
The more I was reading the more I felt interested. For it has been an eye-opening experience. And he is literally talking about science and how our body works.. I enjoyed that he is focusing on time and exercise instead of counting calories etc.

Wow. What an eye opening book. This is amazing!!! It gives you absolutely everything you need to start your ‘get healthy’ , ‘glow up’ for such a small price! I’m definitely changing my diet.

Book Explains Easily
I never really knew about nutrition in general. Reading the book really helped me understand how nutrition works and how the body reacts. Thinking of my health now and the coming future.

Great book
Loved to read it, now gonna try it on and see for myself the results. Hope it works for me and everybody else. I’ve been struggling with yo-yoing for many years and been looking for a food life style, not just some 6 weeks dietary miracle.For now, it’s one day on and already feeling better, even though my body hasn’t got used to just 3 meals a day + healthy food, but gonna go through it and surpass my limits.Very happy with this purchase :)

Lots of valuable information!
The information in this book is of high quality.Only by testing it on our body can we give real feedback.In my case, I have applied practically all the principles contained in the book and I am really having great results.Also, it teaches us a new lifestyle, which can be maintained forever and I like that principle.
