Not so bad at all. I’ve used it for about two months now and honestly, at first, I was impressed with how fast it charged up and LCD monitor allows you to Lee track. Though sometimes it could be plugged into the wall thinking it’s being charged but if the digit isn’t flashing then it’s not charging. I think this has to do with the order of connection between wall outlet and the case. Example would be like plugging the case first before plugging into wall, not sure why but maybe it’s looking for clean 60 hertz frequency.Charging power, at first I was like this isn’t going to last more than three charges seeing 20% capacity drop for a near full charge of my phone, but after about three charges and still left with 30%+ juice left I was very impressed.. I have yet to test it in rugged harsh environment, so I’m assuming the consumption is much less.Over all thought:Good value for the price and feels heavy and luxurious with the leather-like feel. Be careful dropping it from waist height as I think it will break into pieces giving that it has a glassy digital screen. Or I should have said “another gadget to stress about breaking and keep up with”

I previously wrote a review for this product regarding how disappointed I was. I would like to thank the seller for reaching out to me right away. They refunded the money and i am very IMPRESSED with their customer service. I cannot say anything about the product since obviously I received a defective one. What I can say is that, if the customer service is this good, the product must be. I would recommend for anyone to give this a try!My previous review:I was really excited when I got this and I read the first couple of times i need to drain it and recharge. This is my 3rd time charging this and this time, it’s been 3 DAYS and it’s not fully charged yet! It did say it takes 11 hours but definitely not 3 DAYS! This is ridiculous! This will NEVER work for my travel! If it takes this long to charge, it kinda defeats the purpose! I wish I could return this but I threw the box already.. this item is very heavy but I don’t mind that but the charging? I really feel I wasted my money,

I bought a $20 power bank that will hold it's charge for several weeks if not more. I was small and light, but is charger was no longer available, so I bought this one. This charger is larger and heavier. It charges ok, but within a few days it's at 0 charge. I tried to charge my iPad and it took forever and never fully charged. It seems to turn itself off while charging. I hate it!! It says there is an 18 month warranty, so I'm going to contact them. I would NOT recommend this charger at all.UPDATE: After seeing my review, the seller got hold of me and issued me a refund. She actually went way out of her way to contact me. I was very happy to have this resolved. I may just have gotten a bad unit, but at least the seller realized that I was very unhappy and made it right. Thank you!!

We originally purchased this for an extended trip where we knew we would have intermittent access power to charge our phones and other devices (cameras, iPads, etc.). We would just plug it in at night at a hotel and the next day it would charge multiple devices with no problem. Charging 2 devices does seem to limit the charging speed, but otherwise this was a great purchase for our trip. Has a nice LCD screen showing you the state of charge of the device, and it blinks when it's charging or discharging.Recently we have been impacted by the California "public safety power outages". We live in SCE's territory and they've shut our power off twice. Both incidents lasted over 24 hours, but we've been told that they could last much longer. This battery is a great add to your emergency kit. Just make sure it's charged up, and it will recharge your phones multiple times before you have to recharge it.Nice to have for a trip, and even nicer for power outages.

First thing you have to keep in mind is that this power bank isn’t a slim or small 10000mah. It’s double that and some. It’s a monster 25000mah and it packs a lot of juice for all of your needs. And because of that, it’s not the lightest power bank but if you’re looking for a power bank in this capacity, it isn’t going to be light or slim like a small capacity batter would be.This power bank has a nice feel to it. It feels sturdy and good in the hands. It’s appearance looks like faux-leather but it’s actually some kind of plastic? The LCD is a nice touch and let’s you know how much juice you have left in the tank.For those of you looking to fly, the rated power is under the maximum 100Wh that TSA allows as carry-on.For what you get, this power bank is competitively price. Will update the review as I try to put some miles on this bad boy to test it’s longevity.

When my battery pack arrived it was at 76%, instructions said to fully charge before use, so I charged it to 100%, no problem. Then I started using it. I charged my tablet, my phone, my husband's phone, my MP3 player and it did not go past 76%. I became worried, but then I decided to charge my older 10 in tablet after draining that battery to 10%, my phone again at 0%, my 7 inch tablet, my e-reader that was at 20%, my husband's phone and finally it went to 0%. I am planning a 2 week trip where I will need it, so I think it will do just fine because the only thing I will need charged during the 2 weeks is a phone. Charging the smaller items (phone, MP3 player took no time at all. I am not crazy about the size, but it works well and I knew the size when I bought it.
