Black ink printer 3 pages and damaged the ribbon connection for the interface to the ink,,thus destroying my printer...super pissed and using social media to let everyone know your product sucked,, and ,, before you say anything about my ability to install ink.......I am a certified epson printer tech,, 30 + years,,, so I know what i'm talking about..

Although I've only loaded one set of cartridges of the two I purchased, I am not getting a good quality color or print from your product. Maybe the 2nd one will work better and this one is just a lemon. Will let you know.

These cartridges are advertised as working an epson rx620, but don't actually print when installed. They fit in the printer, but the ink does not come out. I bought these as a back up set in December 2019, for when I run out and just now tried using them. So, now they don't only NOT work, but my return window has closed. 😡

Loaded all the new cartridges, ran a couple head cleaning cycles, several of the heads started working. One of the cyans didn't print at all. I still had an original Epson new cartridge, replaced the Big Dew cartridge and it printed perfectly in the print page. All levels showing extremely low in the printer software and I haven't printed a good page yet.

I received them quickly, and have only sed the yellow so far. Expect them to continue to work in my printer.

Remanufactured cartridge's seem to work just as well as original factory ones. Color printing is good.
