Innovative 200 pieces O-Ring Kit with 3 Assorted Brass Picks

This is a good kit but not a save-a-dive kit. It has a lot of o-rings that can be used for various repairs. You could make a save-a-dive kit using these parts. Just take a sandwich bag, I suggest the kind with the slider, and put a couple of the ones for a tank, your lights, low pressure plugs, high pressure port, etc. in and close it up. You could add a bit of silicone grease in also. This keeps you from buying a separate save-a-dive product. I do suggest you go to your diving instructor and talk about an equipment maintenance course. There are some user-repairs you can do if you have the tools. There are some repairs that should only be done by a trained technician. Some repairs you could do on a boat, some should only be done in a clean, dry area, and some you just need to leave to a pro. The tools in this kit are nice but again, you need to know how to use them. The picks are very sharp so be careful. If you use a pick to take an o-ring off, you should probably not but that o-ring back on.I have already used 6 of these on my first stage regulator that the manufacturer does not have parts for any more. This is a repair only a trained professional should make (I am trained). This saved some money and allowed me to keep a perfectly fine regulator in service. just wish it was more descriptive on what goes to what. other than that, already used for a tank o ring replacement and taking with us on vacation so we don't have any surprises.
