Can this be used on an automotive oxygen sensor?

I dont know. But i would guess, if the threads are metal and if you dont use too much and if you keep it off the sensor, you can use it.

Is this product suitable for the hi temps of disc brake applications like caliper pins?

The label states that it protects up to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit; however, you might still check with the manufacturer. Keep in mind that this is a medium weight grease so you need to apply it in such a manner that it does not bunch up on the pins and block their movement at the ends of their travel. Light coating only.

Can in picture shows 1 lb (16 oz). Ad says 8oz. Which is correct?

The picture is the 16oz size. The 8oz size has a screw on cap.

Would this be a good product to use on a motorcycle axle

Not sure where on the axle you were planning on using it. If it is near a bearing and covered in grease, no. If you mean on exposed threads, yes. This product is used on threads to prevent the nut from seizing to the threads.
