Designed in Germany. Made in China but still Zeiss. You have to pay double the price for German made equivalent. I have a pair of Zeiss 10x42 Terra and they're good but I am unable to compare with the German ones (Victory?) but do have older West German Zeiss Oberkochen & Dialyt binoculars and their build quality is better.

Does it come with a case?

Yes. a very sturdy case for an excellent pair of binoculars. That said, I already had a carry case for a previous pair. The hard case that comes with these Zeiss glasses can be used as a carry case.

Not cheap but very good quality

Will be used for hiking in Scotland and game viewing on safari in Kenya. Binoculars arrived the morning after being ordered - fantasic service by the supplier and courier!

Good binoculars

Purchased to replace a pair of 30 year old binoculars of good quality. These are heavier than I thought but are comfortable to use and easy to hold. Vision quality is amazing, technology has certainly moved on. Lens are clear and crisp. Very impressed
