This Ponzu is a MUST HAVE in our house! So good!
Love this ponzu sauce! My local grocery stores sell the same one in smaller bottles but it is much cheaper to buy this big bottle. Great taste, just like the quality in Japan! This bottle is a good deal for the amount that you get.

Worth it!!
This ponzu is so delicious and not available in ANY stores around us. I was a little hesitant to order so much but once you have it you use it more and it is so versatile. It tastes great for yellopeno (thinly sliced yellowtail soaking in a layer of ponzu, squeeze of lime, top each piece with a thin slice of jalapeno) I have used it as a marinade for chicken, made ponzu rice, and even tastes great brushed on veggies off the grill. Best dipping sauce for any pot stickers or egg rolls too and we use it every time we make sushi. Cant go wrong with these flavors!

Good stuff!
This is the perfect marinade for chicken. I've already used this whole jug almost. Yummy!

I love this Ponzu sauce
It’s a little saltier, than when I make/made my own, “Authentic” Ponzu sauce is made w Japanese citrus called yuzu. I could find it easily in Houston or order it bottled online but $$$. Overall, very happy w the flavor profile! Bright, clean, just Bonito rich enough to add further savory umami to any dish. If I want a more Bonito fwd profile, I use granular of flaked products.

Great taste and price
We order the meal kits delivered to our home. This is where we were first introduced to the sauce. After trying to shop local I had to resort to Amazon to find it. The taste is very similar to a regular soy sauce but a little bit more reserved and Light. We are excited to cook new meals with it. The value cannot be beat.

A great addition to the cabinet and the table.
I'm glad I noticed a review (on one of the more dependable shows) of a sauce called "Ponzu," and the review said that Kikkoman was the best out there. I purchased a couple of small bottles and my Asian girls finished them both off very quickly. Which bugged me because I like it to. So I got the bog size to use in refilling the small bottles, just like I so with soy sauce. My brand for that is Kikkoman, also.I tried another name brand of Ponzu and I wasn't impressed. It was sort of insipid, uninspired. Sort of like stale water. But Kikkoman Ponzu is really yummy. It's made with soy sauce, but it doesn't have the same level of soy sauce flavor, much more mild. There is gentle, aromatic citrus base that really fits with some foods, Asian and otherwise. I love it on vegetable fried rice, where I can still taste the rice and veggies, which are drowned out by soy sauce. I've also tried it in a number of "American' dishes like steamed vegetables, baked brussel sprouts, etc. It's also really good on broiled chicken.Go wild!
