I have cooked 3 steaks on it since I got it last week and some salmon fillets and they all turn out great.. One thing is they cook faster than you think on this, but taste great..

It cooks steaks great but won’t look good for long. I use it mainly for filet mignon. Okay on other chicken/ vegetables far away from the burners on lowest setting.You will really want to use pans- as cleaning the grates is a major pain. For any meats with fat like ribeyes you must use the grate so the grease falls to the bottom pan.These first 2 pictures are post cleaning after using the first time. It is compact, heats quickly and uses very little propane. Overall it’s convenient just for filets or non greasy meats where you can use a pan. It will take some time to learn to cook on- dry rubs burn off steaks/ distance from the infrared burners must be increased for chicken or vegetables etc. you really must keep your eyes on it when cooking because it cooks very quickly.

Takes a little getting use to.It cooks so fast it will burn things up.Read and follow guide until you get the hang of it
