This is a fantastic machine; it made homemade soup that was thin enough to drink through a straw.

Broken after 4 uses

Used it only 4 times, and now I can't use it at all because it melted. And it's the hand unit, so it's all useless. It was £90 when bought it. Down the drain.

I bought the product and it stopped working after few times of using it,and when I returned Amazon refused to refund me,be carful of this product.

The veggie mixer accessoire doesn't work at all. Food just gets stuck between the knives and doesn't get sliced. The other add on accessoires lasted a whole few weeks before just breaking down. As of right now the mixer works but is SO loud I have to wear Earbuds to use it and can't use it at night because for the neighbors it sounds like I'm drilling through my walls in the middle of the night. Bad quality product Update: about a week after writing that review the plastic melted, started smoking and now doesn't work at all anymore.
