great fit. very worth it.
I bought and installed this instead of "another product" that is much much more expensive, and this worked great. the rubber internal circle is well attached to the outer circle of material. and that inner circle is perfectly fit to a Pfizer faucet installation protector piece that you put over the faucet while tiling around it in a shower. that was really nice. didn't take any extra time to fit it in there. and then the outer circle material adhered well and flat to the cement board with no-additive cement base.

Works well although it was a bit snug on my Moen. makes cutting off the backing a lot easier and helps keep water out.
