Get the knockout fruit punch
I can’t drink water but with the Knockout Fruit Punch mixed in I can chug 24 oz in 20 seconds. Game changer. The Strawberry Kiwi tastes like butt though.

Good flavor.
Good replacement for soda and add some extra flavor and vitamins to your water. Mixes well and has a great flavor.

Pretty good but I expected that the flavor would be much better. I would definitely buy again but just wish the flavor was much better.

Love the Fruit Punch!!
Knockout Fruit Punch is my favorite by far. I’ve also tried the Glacial Grape and Italian Blood Orange to mix it up occasionally. Grape is okay but my east favorite. I feel like it needs to be very very cold to taste best, but Fruit Punch is good room temp or cold! I know some people feel these are unnecessary, but I do feel like these BCAAs help with my recovery, especially if I haven’t gotten enough protein in. The sodium content also helps manage my POTS during and after workouts.

Product has gone downhill bad.
I've been buying the Fruit Punch for years. Out of at least 8 orders of this flavor I had 1 about a year ago that tasted horrible, like medicine and cardboard. I chalked it up to an acceptable slip in quality control, but still got a refund and continued buying. However, the last 2 consecutive orders have had the same horrible flavor. They even look different, the good tasting batches have an inconsistent grain size and color, the bad ones look like fine pink baby powder or corn starch. I am very hesitant to continue buying, I may buy retail to see if they are the same.
