Q: What is the depth (raise ) on this product?

I can't be very helpful. I emerged from an ankle operation with one leg a little shorter than the other. I have bought several types of raiser and experimented until I found one that seemed to even my legs up fairly well. But I never measured anything. I think it's best just to buy a selection and then go by what feels right. Valerie Anand

Q: Can these be sanded down? I'd love a cork insole that can be used with sandals, but they must be 4mm, a rare thickness....

I would think that this is possible once you’ve removed the small self adhesive sticker and glue residue from the cork side of the heel lift. And then use some double sided tape to attach the heel lift inside your sandals Good luck
