Weatherproof Automated 46-Inch TV Lift Enclosure, Small Front Mount, Black

I was in search of a solution for watching TV outdoors. We did not want to permanently mount an outdoor TV under our pavilion area. We have such a beautiful view of our pool below and the forest behind our house. Our friend had seen the medialifTV online and as soon as I saw that we could keep a TV outside in a secure weather proof cabinet I ordered it right away! Jim the owner at medialifTV as SO helpful and supportive discussing options and worked with our Home Automation specialist to get everything completed. I am extremely happy with our purchase and wish everyone in the medialifTV family much success with a very cool product line!

Arrived quickly, and easy to assemble,however was lacking appropriate hardware, which created a trip to local hardware store. Also the ingress for actual coaxial cable was not predrilled, so I called company and I got the feeling this particulare unit may have slipped past quality controll, as it should not have required any diy modifications

The unit is amazing build quality. Unfortunately, it got stuck in the up position on the 2nd day of use and their customer service is non existent. I can not get ahold of anybody. I have been emailing and calling now for 4 days with no response. This is unacceptable for a novelty item that costs this much. Hopefully it will be an easy fix but I won't know until someone calls me back.
